If you want a 6+ then i'd say around 4-5am. The Mall generally opens early to allow people to wait outside the Apple store. If you want to come across the street to Best Buy after you get it ask for the Geek Squad Supervisor and i'll hook you up with a case
Lenox is sick, I worked in Lenox Mall at the Sony Store a couple years back during the 3GS launch and people were waiting to line up starting at midnight

Only checked for carriers. Wouldn't hurt to call n check tho, 2 radioshacks still have the 6+ for pre order
Mine doesn't have any pluses for preorder. He said "they went quick" as opposed to saying they didn't get any so there might be some hope.
