Look into it more, I don't think that's the general consensus. Again Zuckerberg was much younger when he said that shyt and he recently turned 30 with no news of him resigning so I doubt he feels the same way now. But there probably is a bias for younger talent

Shouldn't hire people over 30 but can still work there past 30 if you get me....start at 27 but continue to work for many years past 30 but just don't hire initially someone that is over 30
