Black Americans have the highest rates of homelessness in California. Unless they have credit, job and stability - this will do very little to help them. They are just continuing to kick them out - and make them homeless.

breh i literally walked passed a few starbucks/work centers where they don't even offer people coffee before they plug their devices this morning.
