Had the 5 for 8 months or so...no problems at all. ITunes syncing is more convenient to me than picking and dragging folders to this HTC one I have. Also, it is able to wirelessly sync. Never had problems installing apps, and the apps themselves (especially games ) were usually of higher quality than the android counterparts .

better return it within that 14 day window

as the Note 2 outlasts the iP5 even with LTE on and the huge ass screen guzzling juice.
Standby, full bright maxed out laptop style tests, mobile connectivity, and so on the Note 2 wins.
