Nah the 5s is obviously getting outdated. So instead of just stop selling the 5s and lose out on the income, they release a new phone in the same price class/size but slightly more expensive. It's a smart business decision

This only reinforces the problem that Apple is wayyyyy to dependent on the iPhone to keep them afloat.

Take that away, and a good 60-70% of the company's value goes with it.

iPhone 6 is the perfect size. I'd go up to 5.2" if the bezels are small.

Bruh, how old is that research . Instead of trying to push this narrative that the public likes/wants smaller phones. Why don't you push Apple to make a phone the same size of the 4 that isn't half bezel. I got a 1+1 and a GS6. The 1+1 is the same size screen as the 6+ but it has much smaller bezel. Same with the GS6 and the 6, the GS6 has a screen thats a half inch bigger and nearly double the pixel density but the phones nearly the same size. Funny how you Apple nikkas always claiming these fake innovations, but really moving backwards.

Apple went bigger because the new research showed that they were losing customers to Android due to the screen sizes. When they went bigger to 6 and 6+, they got a record number of people back from Android. By far more large screen phones are been sold.

didn't know this bro, good insight. Guess its just a personal preference. Another reason i don't mess w/ the 6 is bc its too slippery and i don't put on a case. Also i cant count how many people i know w/ cracked screens on their phones
