For 2 yrs I been having overheating issues, charging issues, hard drive issues (on my third hard drive), IOS update issues with Snow leopard or whatever animal this oS is running on this laptop, trackpad issues, power management issues, display issues, keypad issues, logic board issues. My warranty ended last month but Apple said fukk it and gave me a new 13" MacBook and a $100 gift card.

man I dropped an iphone into a glass of water by accident, and they still replaced it free of charge without me having apple care :win:

GOAT :blessed: I never had a bad experience with them.
I remember one time, about 2 years ago, I had to replace the battery in my Macbook, but it turns out my hard drive was burned out and needed replacing too. Which on top of replacing my battery would've been $400-500 total (and at the time was damn near my entire check). But I was like fukk it..., I needed my laptop, so I just sucked it up. So the guy goes to the back to fix it up for me (and Im sitting at the Genius desk mad af), and he comes back like "alright, your total is $150 :youngsabo:"
I was trying to be cool about it but I was stuck on ":dwillhuh::gladbron:" the entire time.
So I finish the rest of my shopping and as Im going back to my car, he's outside taking his break. So I walk up to him like,

"I think you gave me a discount :lupe:"
He was like "I did :youngsabo:"
I had to give him the biggest hug for that one, and so began my unwavering devotion to Apple.

...you know thinking back on it, I should have got his number. I think he was into me :francis:
