apple lost a loyal customer today

Come back to reality...... No company does this with every release... Apple doesn't design the entire phone. Believe it or not, technology doesn't move that fast.


The next phone can come out with 6 cores and I bet you couldn' tell the difference between that and one with 4 cores. You want your phone to fly you to work?


No seriously, What features are you guys looking for?

1. An even bigger screen.
2. 10-12MPX camera.
3. Google Maps.
4. A re-design of the phone itself. I preferred the curvature of the 3GS (it still looks awesome however).
5. Some sort of Aluminium or liquid metal type casing around the phone. It still looks far too vulnerable to me.
6. Thinner design.
7. Better frontal camera.
8. at that nano sim. What the fukk was wrong with the old sim card design? Clearly a way for Apple to lock you in their eco-system.


It's disappointed me personally and I'm a huge Apple supporter. They should've brought this phone out last year, that really would have made a statement of intent.

I don't think apple will be able to match the jump from 3GS -> 4 for a long time

Right, all that is personal stuff, none of that is tech leaps.. Even if it had all of that, it's nothing that will make you go "OMFG" I must have it. Apple is focusing on making the current experience even better/smoother. With the new features in Game Center, it'll make multi-player games alot better/funnier for Users. Thats the type of stuff apple is focusing on.

Right, all that is personal stuff, none of that is tech leaps.. Even if it had all of that, it's nothing that will make you go "OMFG" I must have it. Apple is focusing on making the current experience even better/smoother. With the new features in Game Center, it'll make multi-player games alot better/funnier for Users. Of course it's personal stuff breh and of course it's tech leaps. A bigger screen, better camera, sturdier design with better material and a better front facing camera aren't tech leaps? All the things I listed above would no doubt shut droid fans up. Toe to toe when it comes to specs the S3 offers far more. Combining the Apple experience with S3 tech is the potential this phone had and it failed to deliver.

I'm not saying the overall user experience wont be good but it could have been far greater let's not lie to ourselves.

A tech leap( revolution ) is going from a phone made in 2000 where Tetris was the game to have to now where you can play 3D games @ 60fps.

bigger this and that is just enhancements. Maybe I dont want a bigger screen etc. but 90% of users would rather have a today's phone than one back in 2000 - 2006.

But as of right now, all this back and forth is just dribble.. none of us have even held the Iphone 5 in our hands yet.

I can't lie a brutha gets phone envy rocking the lil 3.5inch and everyone on the train has the 4+ inch screen
