I'm streaming on my computer, I just can't find out how to get access to the setlist for the djs.

beats1 is accessible from the radio menu. like all of the other apple radio stations.

I dont think apple music has other dj's doing full shows on other stations other than beats 1.

but they have than certain dj's picking playlist like ebro I believe.

Apple music is my first experience with a streaming service and I'm loving it so far.

I'll still be downloading/buying the music I feel is essential to own. If you don't value the music you listen to you're contributing to it's disposability.

my gripe with apple music is that apple had to house it in the existing music app, which causes more confusion.

for instance apple music deleted my playlist off my phone, but left all the music. :wtf: was the point of that?

I had to re-sync my phone just to get the playlist back. I really think apple music needs it's own app the same way pandora and spotify have their own app.
You're just having bad luck. It didn't delete any of my playlists. I did have an issue over the weekend where I couldn't log in to my account but a quick reboot took care of that

fukk Apple for trying to eliminate the free tier of Spotify. :pacspit:

That being said, i'm curious if they have any H-town albums on Apple Music? I know Spotify doesn't.

I wasn't shytting on Spotify :whoa: It works good enough for me and it has a free tier.

The truth of the matter is no service will have every artist one would want. I was just curious about H-town and whether or not someone can check for me and let me know if they are on Apple Music. I thought it was weird H-town wasn't on Spotify but for the most part they have most of what i have ever searched for. Besides i can(and have) added H-town locally on my iphone so it's a non-issue.

My apprehension to the whole art of streaming is the feeling Im tied down to a 'grid'. I also travel and go into very remote areas where communications are not the best, I cant ever be a streamer unless you can stream like you torrent from individuals rather than big brother google or so and so.

You can save these songs to your phone

You don't need Internet to access saved music.

Well in my mind it's even worse than that, i view streaming(as well as paying for digital media) as the beginning of the end of music as a product, in the future it's only going to just be a service. You won't be able to own any of it and when that happens we'll all be struck paying whatever gouging prices these companies want you to pay for an inferior lossy listening experience.

Yeah..I said pretty much the same thing in an earlier post that the only way for the record industry to regain some measure of control over music since the advent of mp3s and the net, is to take physical ownership away. like evil seed companies whose seed sprouts and the offspring dont bear seed. Its evil corporate shyt. Ill own my music thanks you.

Don't you need an iphone for all of that functionality? I have friends that like cataloging and tagging their entire music collection. I'm not one of those cats. I'll remember an album I dig, search for it, hit play and groove the fukk out. Rhapsody has only had one time where I searched for some shyt and they ain't have it (Acidrap - I wanted to give Chance the Rapper a shot.).....but at least you explained how and why instead of just dancing around the thread claiming Apple destroyed the game and posted a smiley. I can't imagine having all of those playlists as a plus, but for me it wouldn't be worth the work or effort to move over especially when I dig what I have now. I wasn't hating. Just curious if there was an actual difference or if they were just Apple dikkriding.

1.Yes (I think)
2. That is the only legit IMO reason to not get it.

I just didn't like the people coming in here on some "I will NEVER pay for anything" types..

I am one of those people that believes, you get what you pay for.. Its actually a good service, and I think this creates a more even playing field cause they are counting offline and multiple plays as album sales, so if the majority of the fans now have instant access to their artist with out having to leave the house and its counts towards album sales this should slow down a lot of the bootlegging..

Before you had to go out your way to download a Spotify or whatever now a similar and IMO better service comes standard with your phone, and its easy enough to use that people will just pay for it and use it like they pay for cable...

BUT at the sametime most of my praise is at this price point, if this shyt doubles to like $20 then im back to the old ways..

These streaming services are a BETTER way, not the best, but better way to sale music in 2015, I say all this being a person who can count on one hand how many times I have spent any money on iTunes :yeshrug: but I pay for apple music, its more than worth my money
