Just left the Apple Store....thunderstorms knocked out the power...I'm in Houston. They rescheduled me for Friday. I talked to one of the genius guys about it. He said they just replace the camera. The issue is with focus on long distance shots. I'm not having a problem so he said not to worry bout it. But I might still come on Friday.

Went this morning as a walk in...took 30 minutes. They just changed the camera. I did turn off my jb tweaks before I went in.

Mine falls within the serial number range. I noticed a few blurry pictures, but nothing too serious. My question is, do they replace the whole phone or just the camera? I have a scratch too and would like a new phone. If they're just replacing the camera, I dunno if I'm gonna bother.

They wouldn't give me a new phone and they said it would take an hour and a half to replace the camera. I gave em the I don't have an hour and a half to spare on a Saturday. Maybe I'll get it replaced this week or something.

But I can confirm that they do not give you a new phone
