how innovative can you get?
if you already have an iphone that person will likely cop because they are use to using the OS. That's why I'm coppin.
The Nokia 1020's camera shyts on any other that's out right now and for the foreseable future. The only thing the Iphone can offer is
1. Customizable screens
2. widgets
3. bigger screen
Doing the first 2 would basically make it into an android which would alienate current Iphone users and gain little to no aindrod converts. Is it worth it?
I don't think adding widgets would alienate the userbase. That would actually be welcome.
Exactly widgets are a waste of battery power and they don't really improve the experience, in some ways they make it more complicated.nah widgets kill battery life
we tried it with jailbreak options and for most people it wasnt really needed

I'd much rather just click on the apps is like to access. I hate trying to navigate around the widgets on my daughters nexus 7 just to get to the app I want to use
i hated most widgets for taking up so much space and killing performance
i think ios 7 finally got it right with the way the systems are tucked away in the os. no need for widgets when everything is a slide away
How are going to shyt on widgets talking about Bu Bu Bu it kills battery life and performance! Well I guess so if you are hacking a platform that not built to deal with it anyways. I guess it does perform badly. They hate it because yall dont have it natively. How are going to shyt on widgets talking about Bu Bu Bu it kills battery life and performance! Maybe in the past but not now. My htc one has good battery and I have several widgets. The main issue esp in the past was multitasking that cause more battery issues. But newer versions of android manages it a lot better.one of the biggest complaints about Android phones is their shorter battery life and that is mostly due to widgets
WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm with you on most X1 stuff but on this you are very wrong. You hype it up just cause you have it. But widgets are net very useful.
Regardless of if they are native or not, they use a lot of battery power for a very small benefit, and in some ways they make things more complicated.

It doesn't have a persistent connection, please stopWrong about what. You don't think a persistent connection uses battery power?
