This is why you should buy your albums...:francis: imagine all that music you purchased on Itunes... Gone in an instant and you can't back up any album... At least with amazon music I can download to a HDD and send my music anywhere without having to worry about deletion... :mjlol: #Appleistrash

This is false, every song I ever purchased from itunes has a file on my computer in itunes under music , the songs are downloaded to your computer

I aint losing shyt

I don't have a mac :ld:

And I hate the M4A music format... :scust:

There was an issue with people loosing their entire library a while back tho..:ld: i'd rather have a hard copy as a backup just in case is all I'm saying...

What Were You Indicating When You Brought Up Tech Savy?
I didn't "indicate" anything

I STATED, point blank, that major corporations don't dictate when I decide to stop using a working, highly functional device, whether they created said device or not

all music purchases are already in Apple Music
I still got shyt from the early 2000s when they were giving out free songs with the Pepsi bottle caps
a record of your purchases is linked to your account and you can download them anytime you want
And what about when you purchase a track from somewhere other than apple and you want to put it on an ipod?

What the fukk does being old school mean when you download music from online. You can download that shyt from a stream service too. Like what I need with that shyt. I can listen to it anytime on the streaming site??

I swear y’all make no sense
:Ray_J_1: a streaming service that you have to pay for monthly

I guess that can happen but if you own the music, Apple has a record of it

If my personal Apple music library gets wiped out somehow, i can just re-download that music via the app

If I purchased MJ Thriller back in 2011 on iTunes, its in my library FOREVER
I can download a copy of MJ Thriller to any computer or phone I'm signed into

If you are talking about all the music I downloaded since the late 90s from Napster to torrents, thats already backed up on my hard drive, I've uploaded all of it to the Apple cloud and Apple tries to match it to songs/albums already on Apple music, sometimes poorly of course

If its not on Apple music, like all the mixtapes, randoms, etc, Apple uploads those songs/albums to your cloud

If the cloud explodes one day, I still have all those songs on my hard drive anyway

I got 3 iphones, 1 personal, 2 work

my personal and 1 work phone is signed into Apple music with my account so I have access to everything I've uploaded to the cloud and everything that exists on Apple music because I pay the monthly fee ($5 with my college edu)

the other work phone is not signed into Apple music and it just has music directly from my hard drive on it meaning I have to connect it to my desktop and via my iTunes local library, copy music over to that phone manually

all those boogie man stories about iTunes were all fake news
:Ray_J_1: the same cloud that has been hacked multiple times already??

Why are y'all so nonchalant about giving away your personal data??

Thanks to Apple Music, I haven’t used iTunes heavy since 2015 (excluding last year since I wanted to buy Jay’s Reasonable Doubt).

I literally did not dance around it

I called you foolish/ignorant for being so easily swayed(by Apple) as to dismiss the continual functionality of the ipod classic

You've just been confusing yourself ever since that post

You Still Refuse To Explain Your Tech Savy Comment STILL

It’s Hilarious How You Downtalk Me Being “Swayed By Apple” But I Don’t Use iTunes OR An iPod But YOU DO Apparently lmao

Here’s My Condolences, Im Sorry Apple Is Making It Harder For Your Broke Ass To Steal Music
