If Jay Z Drops A Surprise Album In The Next Hour It's Already On My Phone, You're Really Gonna Go Pay 10-$13 For It!? LOL

You Better Hope It’s Good!

The streaming era is so lame. Its not just music, basically everything has converted over to a monthly recurring service that adds middlemen between you and the content and dictates the what, when, how, and the quality of the content. To the detriment of the artists and the end users. The only ones benefitting are the tech geeks who’ve managed to not only gentrify the entire country but also the entire internet, and their VC bosses controlling the pursestrings.

No one seems to have a problem with it though:yeshrug:

Streaming Movies and TV series >>> Streaming music IMO... I'm getting more bang for my buck streaming movies and shows than paying monthly for music...:mjlol:

That's another thing I still buy CDs "here & there" however sometimes I like to listen (stream) first to a new album before I go out and buy the physical copy so I know if it's worth buying.

Amazon.com always gonna have vinyl suppliers still selling record needles & CD players...:umad:

Also that's another win for me and my friends to convert our albums into digital as a backup just in case...:bluemad2:

It sounds like it's the nostalgia factor with you bruh that makes you feel different about streaming music, I can respect it :yeshrug:.

It's not just the nostalgia factor it's the fact I like owning my own music...:ld: it makes no sense for me to stream my music I already own... :mindblown: Current music nowadays aint worth the spotify playlist...

Right.

Brehs upset because there's a remote chance they can't listen to Back Dat Ass Up by Juvenile in 2060 on streaming services.

I can hear the diff of a mp3 and wav/flac, it's disingenuous for my ears & equipment to submit to low quality music.
I don't listen to music on smartphone
I listen on one of these

and I have two 12' subs in my car
not for spotify music
