This... I'm an OG Apple hater, but i could admit their tech was superior in some applications, more intuitive, and more innovative at one point. That point stopped when Jobs died. They haven't been innovative since and offer a far inferior product at premium price.

Agreed. Literally all the companies propping the stock market up haven't innovated in years. They just buy the comp, raise their prices, and keep redelivering the same product over and over in a new GUI or shell. I'm bullish on A.I., but it also makes me think we're not going to get really good consumer level A.I.

Smartphone market is a mature one ....at best incremental changes come and the vast majority of apple users dont actually use most of the features of the devices.

Apple Vision Pro was a big whiff......developer interest in making apps or content for that platform is ZERO.. Apple should have lined up a whole bunch of both before launching that device....Also 3500 bucks was an egregious level of greed as a launch price.

That said Apple has enough of an entrenched base that people will always upgrade to the newer devices even if it is a couple years down the road when they do so....I mean for the most part what is the fukking difference between an iPhone 12 and whatever the current version is

Plus the brainless whores and lame ass dudes who crave the blue bubble/Facetime as a personality differentiator need to have an Apple device
