The PBS doc on this is probably one of the best I've ever seen. Last time I checked it was on netflix. It's crazy how the LAPD retreated early. They ain't want no smoke.

Maybe it was a full size and it looked like a king during all the chaos.

Anyhow moms lived in la and I came out a few months after. Every single household has new furniture, TVs, accessories. They was still making trades, selling shyt. And yes lapd was still in check.
I remember the Korean stores still had “black owned” spray painted on the fronts. :pachaha:Like who y’all fooling?

dude, the mattress was bigger than he was by a margin and he was running for his life. i will never forget that shyt.

and yeah people were bragging about their gains. my grandmother was pissed. she threatened my aunt not to bring any ill gotten shyt around her house or she would beat the shyt out of her
