April has a problem with Chappelle's new specials because of homophobia/transphobia

It was odd. Some of them fell flat too.
The rape jokes were surprisingly on-point, but a lot of the gay jokes seemed worn, same thing for the transphobic jokes.
No one has problem with the humor if its poignant and funny, but they seemed a lot more aimless than we typically get out of Dave Chappelle.

Not gonna argue with your opinion on the jokes, but the bolded is simply untrue.

The tweets very much show that her problem isnt about their quality, its that he made them in the first place. Same for many other like-minded critics on social media.

I'm just going to appreciate the comedians that I grew up on and appreciate their specials. People are absolutely ridiculous now with being all offended and all.. I think the big difference between now and back then is we didn't have Twitter in the 80's and 90's. Imagine if we did... Man if I was Dave I'd just gone ahead and get these specials out and get ghost again.. Let Kevin Hart and Hannibal Burress and them have it.
