Philadelphia Rappers and Associates of “Original Block Hustlaz” Gang Convicted for Large-Scale Drug Trafficking

The complaint against defendant Salley alleges that on November 6, 2019, a cooperating witness in the above-referenced trial received a threatening letter from Salley under the pen name “Ron Harvey,” a pseudonym Salley has used in various rap songs. The complaint further alleges that Salley, who also goes by the stage name “Dark Lo,” threatened physical violence against the cooperating witness and others if the witness testified at trial against Salley’s O.B.H. associates.

On November 13, 2019, United States Magistrate Judge Lynne A. Sitarski detained Salley pending trial in this matter.

If convicted, Salley faces a maximum possible sentence of 20 years’ imprisonment and a fine.

"9-5 is how you survive, I ain't trying to survive..."

That's it right there. Yes, there is something wrong with most hustlers, and many others, multi millionaires, CEO's, Roger Goddell, traders, investment bankers, the lust for more. Once you live that life, on however far up you get, relative to your situation, you NEVER want to go back.
You hit the nail on the head, this is exactly what it boils down to, more is not enough.

“Furthermore, witness intimidation has no place in the criminal justice system and will be dealt with swiftly and harshly,” continued U.S. Attorney McSwain. “As alleged in a criminal complaint, an associate of O.B.H. attempted to intimidate a witness during the trial and is now behind bars, where he will remain pending trial.”

The witness is a Co-D so he is in custody which means the authorities probably screened any mail he got :snoop:

First thing caught my eye in that summary was that they’re naming Ab the leader of a “violent” drug organization. The drugs and his record alone might’ve seen him do 20, I think with the violence that could be all she wrote.

hate this happened to em. They were the first new rappers I kinda liked. Started checkin for ab some years back when I saw that hour long YouTube vid where him and all his potnas was chillin and ab was talking about Cassidy.

Looks like they’re about to do dark lo too.

underrated post right here...

from my understanding in the feds you do the whole time ain't not getting out early bruh

You don't do the whole time. It's 85% (not exactly I think it's 54 days good time for every 365 days) and you can get a year knocked off if you enter the drug program. Also you're eligible to go to a halfway house if you have less than 12-18 months (there actually isn't a hard requirement for this and you could technically spend your entire sentence in a halfway house but that's not likely). And while you're in the halfway house you can also get off on house arrest after doing a certain amount of time. So on a 10 year sentence you'll have to serve a little over 8 years and 6 months. But with the drug program you can knock it down to 7 years and about 10 months. And you can be eligible for halfway house with 12 months left so you really could only serve about 6.5-7 years in actual prison on a 10 year sentence. But that's for someone on good behavior that does all the programs and all types of shyt offered.

Y’all must live in areas where the rent is like $400 lol
WTF? If his rent was 2000 a month, he still ain't running through 300,000 that fast unless he a total idiot. 2000 rent is only 24,000 a year, That's like 12 1/2 years of rent. TF is wrong with yall

I’ll never understand why A nikka would do a crime, record it on an iphone or android, go to IG, select the crime video from the camera roll, type a long ass braggadocious caption describing the crime in the video in great detail, tag all of your co-conspirators in the video then press “upload” :gucci:

Then have the nerve to get caught and blame “snitches” :dead:
