He did them one better, and evidently showed to the federal courthouse when the witness was testifying, and was remanded into custody.

The whole Ron Harvey alias thing is near parody level. Just ridiculous. Why even harass a witness? Like the prosecutors didn't have electronic surveillance intercepts, drug seizures, physical surveillance.

I know this whole take 300k to Alabama has taken a life of its own, and I will say, some guys when things get hot, indictment, whatever it may be, take a moment and stop. And then, if you have ever had to spend your savings with nothing coming in, that hurts your heart, to see it leaking out of you, and then you start again.
