it's 51% wagyu, and 49% regular ground beef. Which essentially just makes it regular ground beef.

its like marketing something that is 51% vanilla ice cream and 49% chocolate as straight Vanilla ice cream. nah once you mix the two evenly its chocolate now. Waygu tastes the way it does primarily due to the meat to fat ratio. if you fukk up the ratio it's not waygu anymore
