Having fun just tryna level up everything only using free load outs till I feel im in a good state to take my valuable shyt into hot zones

That is exactly what I'm doing lol! Free loadout every run until I get comfortable, especially with the PVP aspect. I've already been killed once by a dude but the interaction was fun and it was hilarious. We both knew I was a goner and I eventually just crawled out(I was downed) and accepted my fate lol.

Man you sound like me when it comes to video games. There are so many games that I've tossed to the bushes the moment I saw any type of cartoony stuff, overblown stuff(giant spiders), or any type of fake crap like guns that shoot lasers instead of bullets, etc etc. I'm even like that with my fighting games these days. All I can play are realistic joints like UFC 4/5 and Fight Night Champion. The idea of picking up a "mortal Kombat" or street fighter or Tekken type game makes me want to vomit. Mofos doing flips off the sides of the screens and shooting fireballs out of their hands- in a FIGHT

But man, I'm telling you breh, there's something different with Arc Raiders. It's super immersive and does a good job of putting you in a place(mentally) that welcomes all of that funkery lol. You welcome the robots and spiders and drones etc. ESPECIALLY because they are driven by A.I. They actually get smarter as you're trying to hide from them!

Breh I'd try it if I were you, especially if you're on PC. Should be easy to refund on Steam if you end up truly unhappy with it.
