Are Acuras luxurious vehicles?

The streets are over saturated with 3 series BMWs but I barely see Acura. I was looking at the TL and TSX and they're real nice. They're even more expensive than the 3 series.

What yall think about the TL and TSX? If there are better models let me know. Talking 08 and up.

Looking at Acura or Audi. Nice classy and luxurious whip that has a nice looking flashy interior.

Acuras are absolutely luxury cars. they defo have a niche market tho(kinda like porsche?)....it's usually older middle aged ppl with more refined taste that go for Acuras.

It's the "luxury" side of the house at Honda.

Had an '04 Acura TL and loved it. Just recently a guy approached me to question me about it as he was considering getting a newer model. I never had any problems with it. Sold it recently though.
My coworker just got a '12 TL and he loves his as well and questioned why I didn't upgrade rather than going with another brand. They caught a lot of flack for changing the grill as it leaves a lot to be desired, but if you get past that I think it's a great car.

Acura's are nice but like other dude said, they're FWD and for the price, they're competing with much more competent-driving vehicles from BMW, MB, and Audi. I didn't realize they were more expensive, that's odd.

They are nice and also from what I heard that aren't hard on you in terms of maintenance either. But it's all in what you want.

My neighbor used to drive a 535 that he just recently traded in for a TL-S. He seems to like it so they must be doing something right

Acura is a rebranded fancy Honda. In Europe and Asia, there is no Acura name. At least originally. The TSX is a Euro-spec Honda Accord.
Anyway, Acuras are nice. Kind of like Toyota's Lexus and Nissan's Infiniti brands.
So, bottom line, stay away from Nissan Altima V6s because you think you get baller status from driving that around town.

For my experience with cars and with work, I can honestly say as much as I hate most Japanese cars, Acura is to some extent "luxurious" even tho they're an "uppity" re-badged Honda, they still have features that you would find in most higher class brands.

You can damn sure tell when you go from an Acura to a BMW what the difference is, not only just aesthetically but the whole driving experience. The FWD in most Acura's has been it's Achilles heal for the longest IMO.
And as far as being more expensive than a BMW, then you're just comparing Acura's highest equipped model trims to BMW, Audi's, Mercedes' lowest model trims. I mean comparing a fully equipped Acura TL SH-AWD with Navi etc... to a RWD BMW 328i sedan. it's not in the same league as far as options.

Compare the same Acura TL SH-AWD to a BMW 335i X-Drive with all the same options that are in the TL and you'll see the price difference.
I actually had this convo with my GF yesterday, comparing her TSX leather to my Audi A6 leather interior... it's so much more refined and elegant in the Audi, not to mention as far as everything else...no offense to her, because she's been a BMW lover/driver for years.
