You ever just noticed one day that your mom is fat?
I had a day like that before, back when momz was fat. I was like breh, my mom is fat

My mom wasn't fat through her 30s, hit her 40s and 50s and was fat as hell, but now has gone back down these past few years back to her 30s size, mostly thanks to her change in diet over the past 8 or so years.

But there's still alot of fat mamas out there in the Black community(fukk how many there are in other communities, I dont wanna know and don't care, I care about the BLACK community).

It's crazy how many you see when you look around down here in the South. Fat Black mamas everywhere. Diabetes. Is it everybody's mom? Is it enough for alarm?

Interesting. My mom went through the same transition. She REALLY changed up her diet which made for a lame ass thanksgiving these last few years plus she goes hard in the gym.

There wasn't no gravy, ox tail, stuffing, or ham at my thanksgiving these last few years. She dint even put no marshmallows on them yams.

Fried food and not enough veggies is a huge problem. Mix vegetables goes with everything, so their is no excuse.
