I agree somewhat but I've always felt the whole you need power to be racist is so black people can skate by sayng shyt they say like cac with no problem. The actual definition doesn't mention jack about power. Like you said I feel most people are prejudice but disagree that to be racist you need power because that's literally not the definition of the word.

I took the below definition from dictionary.com and the adjective definition of racist includes "showing or feeling..." and this to me is where the distinction is made. Me calling a white person a CAC is not racist, but punching them in the face for simply being a CAC, is racist af.
