Are Americans feared in other countries like how certain foreigners are feared here?

Typically foreigners that were hard in their country seldom come over here and be hard or feared like they were in their native countries. For instance them arab jihad nikkas beheading and making snuff tapes over in the mideast come over here and be pussies working at gas stations and 7 Eleven. Just wondering

Where I'm from Americans viewed like they dumb as fk, white or black. The blacks can blend in tho if they smart about it. The whites.... They get put through some shyt.
