I don’t know if it’s just because I’ve worked in healthcare the past 2 years or what but I’m noticing an influx of questionable women claiming to be behavioral health techs or striving to be one :skip:

I work in healthcare but on the IT side. Looking this up right now and what exactly is the difference between this and an Aide/CNA? :patrice:

They spend more time keeping an eye on the patients , walking them around etc

I call these careers 'soft' medical. The bar for entry is low it doesn't have a high ceiling but these are careers especially in NJ where women are able to pull in 50k+ a year with some experience.
