If by "worse" you mean their propensity to violate the rights of Blacks, I would say the answer is no, they are not worse than white cops.
If by "worse" you mean how violent they can get when they DO decide to cross that line, I would say the answer is no, both are equally as brutal when crossing that line.
If by "worse" you mean does it cut into your soul deeper when it's coming from a Black cop, I would say yes.
Getting the shyt kicked out of me by a white cop is far less personal than getting the shyt kicked out of me by a fellow Black person.

Nope, I would rather get pulled by a black police officer than a white one. Unless you did some fkd up or have a warrant for you a black police officer wont be treating you like a damn criminal by having ur ass sitting on the hood of ur car with ur high beams on like a criminal for a damn traffic ticket. Also both times I have been pulled by a black police officer, it was too help me not to fukk with me.
One time my car broke down and helped me get my car on the safe part of the high way so I was not in a position to get hit and the other time was to tell me high beams were on and it was blinding him.
