Are black cops worst then cac cops?

The only cop that ever pointed a loaded gun at me was black.
Happened a week or so after high school graduation.
Pulled me over, got on his loud speaker, demanded I drop keys out the window and all of that jazz.
By the time I was out with my hands up, three other cop cars were pulling around the corner at 9 am in the morning.
Didn't give me a ticket but I was supposedly pulled over for speeding. They're all trash to me.

I've met some cool and down ass black cops, who have great rapport with the community. Of course there's always a few a$$holes in every bunch that get a trip off of that power dynamic, but I've only heard about them, never met one.
