I was watching that "crazy eyes" lady from Orange is the new Black giving an interview on late night tv..she was telling the story of how she grew up hating her name, her mother told her that if these white folks can pronounce Tchaikovsky (classical composer) and the wachowski brothers (not sure if she said this name but u get it) then they can certainly learn how to pronounce your name....her name is Uzo Aduba btw

Learning how to say someone name and know how to say it by reading it off paper isn't exactly the same. And if you tink people don't have trouble saying Tchaikovsky you are crazy.
