look at this jewish shyt. i said i'm tired of black men displaying false bravado with no action, and you twist it into some ho shyt. :heh:

I'd rather a brother at least have an attempt at bravado, instead of just being some meek p*ssy. Don't pop shyt off with me, you're short sighted in doing so.

Honestly the blue print to combat this problem has already been laid out. Jews, Asians, Indians, Middle Easterners all get it when they come here. Why don't we?

Stop being so concerned with white people and be more concerned with how you're going to start/support a black business and hire your own people.
That's what I'm eventually trying to do. That's what I've been doing...I've been mapping out my plans for almost two years. I'm not trying to divulge my plans. My problem has been trying to gettogether the capital to put it all together without outside investors or other people besides myself. I'm trying to make my own people richer. I know...people say since I'm African that we don't care about y'all AAs but I see the black cause first and foremost as a priority and I'm trying to give a helping hand to fellow brehs and brehettes that no one wants to hire.

The inspiration from this thread came from what's going on in ferguson and the possibility of an allout uprising...against us. Which seems like it may happen...sooner...than later.

If that happens...well...all these plans about starting businesses can fall to the wayside cause I need to protect me and my own first. Personally, I'm bout it bout it at the end of the day. I don't f*cking care what crackers think of me. I ain't got nothing to lose.

there's no difference between the black man w/ false bravado and the meek p*ssy. i think back to all the 90s gangsta era in south central. they're all locked up now, bending over naked, spreading their ass cheeks wide open, coughing for some cac. i'd rather blacks actually internalize the situation we're in, and work towards shielding ourselves from the problems we face.

instead, nikkas would rather jump up and pretend like all white folks are pussies and y'all gotta secret plan to topple white supremacy. just straight dumb shyt across the board.

You don't have to divulge your plans, just keep grinding, it's not supposed to be easy. Me personally, I knew I never wanted to work in corporate white america due to the racism, so I went into the healthcare field. I can start my own business and help my community that way.

However, you may have to work in corporate america and see how things work and accrue capital via your salary for a while. Then eventually start your own business from what you've learned working for that corporation. So in going this route I stress scholastic achievement as much as I can: finance, accounting, engineering, shyt you can make a good salary with, save money and eventually start your own business.

I knew an Asian kid who lived at home after college and pulled an 80k a year engineering job, only to leave it in less than a year and start his own business. Use them to learn what you can then apply that shyt.

EDIT: Oh and btw, support black OWNED business whenever you can. Seek them out, whether it's a restaurant or whatever. Put your family and friends onto them too.

Now...when I say this, I'm not saying one on one...but I notice that black people are more likely to check another black person on their BS than a white person IRL.

I don't think black people are afraid of white people...by themselves...but what they represent and the power they have behind them.

A black man can get into a situation with another black man, and no matter how it ends, no real attention is paid to it. Because that black man has no power behind him.

A black man can get into a situation with a white man, an it doesn't even have to end negatively...if it gets out of hand, that black man is gonna get hell...cause behind that white man (directly or indirectly)...is the police force, the local government, the national government, the military, the army, the navy, the media, etc...all ready to take the side of that white man and do everything do destroy that black man...whether literally (violence) or figuratively (destroy their reputation in the media, pay off judges to be on the side of the perp and not the victim, etc).

Seems like alot of black people, whenever met with issues of aggression towards them, want to choose a path of non-aggression, when that has never worked at any time in history...a history where winners won from aggression and losers lost by underestimating what they were up against or by being too naive.
Its messed up but I have to agtee. I work with a lot of white people and I honestly do not feel comfortable speacking with them as I would with my my minority peers. Maybe its because they are the majority or the history between whites and minorities but it does not matter how good of a person or people they seem to be I always feel the need to check myself around them.

Are you missing the point of this thread just to post this?

Read the OP. Or better yet....READ. It's beneficial.

This is chess. Not checkers, son.

I guess it depends on what you call "alright." The fact is that powerful White people never give Black people enough room to be more than alright. An example of this is corporate America where the ceiling for Blacks is much lower than Whites. Sure you'll be alright, but there's no point in being alright if you can never be the person with real power.

okay cool.

Honestly I don't fear no one. Most people are afraid of me. And that includes black folks...really.

I post like a timid 120 pound dork...but I'm much more intimidating in person until I open my mouth and talk. I'm a big kind of muscular dude and african and stuff...so yeah...people get shook of me for no reason at all just cause.

That not always true if you have the proven skills you can go far in a company and live well. You say its a ceiling but truth is if you don't own it you will always be a worker everyone has a boss. Point is most communication is non verbal so walk with your shoulders squared and head high man that's how I was raised. Its cool to network with other races you should if given the chance that don't mean you're afraid. Yes when in corporate America you should speak properly to be honest you should do that anywhere. Its all about CONFIDENCE.

I agree somewhat. But not with that whole confidence, non-verbal etc. not so much. You got Black people not being called back based on their names. A Black man could be well qualified, show up confidently in his best suit and still come up short to a White person who is less qualified. There are countless examples. Also, it's not even about being afraid since the average White person is probably more fearful of a Black male rather than the reverse.
