When another group of men has the upper hand over another, they are not going to willingly give it up. No matter how much your women march down the street holding signs for you, no matter how much you get on Facebook & Twitter and complain, no matter how much you beg other men for employment, etc white men are not going to help you be "equal" to them, that's what they don't want. They are protecting their own hegemony, they see other men as competition, not someone they want to share with.
At most they'll throw you some scraps, but they will never willingly share their power or privilege, and definitely are not going to willingly give it up
