Grandparents had friends in Chicago, visited once and fell in love with the city . Grandpa was with the post office so it was nothing to transfer.
I do always think about how my life would be if they stayed in Brooklyn tho

The only Panamanians I know who don’t live in NYC area often live in Florida or Philly.
Never seen them anywhere else tho.
Actually where your mom was born and raised is not too far from the Panama festival they have on Franklin Ave every year.
