Yes Chiropractors don't hold an M.D, so they aren't medical doctors, but they graduate with a doctor of chiropractic degree. So they are Doctors in that sense,

I was told they aren't medical doctors. I deal with bodily injuries and they cannot give any medical advice on the level of a doctor. I only consider a chiropractors evaluation but it isn't end all be all.

Dentists are doctors…specifically doctors of oral health/treatment.

You don't need a doctorate degree to be a barber or masseuse. You need one to be a chiropractor or a dentist.
