They focus mainly on bones :pause: so I’m skeptical. No muscle work in parallel will just end up pulling the bones back into misalignment over time

If anyone who has ever had severe lower back nerve pain watches this video they’ll never visit:

They aren't real doctors because they are better than "real" doctors

Holistic Doctors are well studied in human nutrition. "Real" doctors are never taught nutrition in Med school
"Real" doctors don't really be knowing shyt outside of what they learned in medical school. Like 98% of them stay with that basic ass set of knowledge their whole careers. They aren't hip on anything new or follow any research studies. Don't know shyt about nutrition. All they know is to prescribe you with pharmaceuticals that really don't help you. They are trash at getting to the root cause of problems only great at covering them up. They should be sent straight to the gulags for their limited set of knowledge on treating the human body.

Inversion I’m sure you mean, and it’s just good to take a little pressure off the facet, but if you are subluxated, it’s deeper than that, plus the added bonus of the signals getting sent to the brain to reinforce the adjustment

I’ve learned over the years, these conversations are fruitless, it’s usually a bunch of uninformed people who just want to spout 3rd hand babble, and I’m really in the field and work with a multitude of professionals who know and respect our work and profession, this is a bunch of nonsense in here
Yea I meant inversion my bad. I have this pain in my lower right back area. It’s lingered for about 5 years. I do all kinds of stretches (yoga shyt) to get it going but for now the inversion table does the best. One chiropractor said it’s bc of my wallet. Either way it’s getting worse n worse over time.

:what:
The unbridled ignorance. There is a reason why medicine is referred to as evidence-based. It is based on research and we're required to keep up with current shyt, be it through continued education or other protocols such as ensuring that we literally lead or take part in medical research projects. And where do you guys get this "don't know anything about nutrition" when a significant portion of our field is literally devoted to making sure you aren't getting fukked over by poor nutrition and vitamin deficiencies. Hell, we have to learn about complimentary medicine, a decent part of it being people wanting to take shyt that will fukk them over instead of something known to work.

You know what, fukk it. If you ever get shot, get into a car accident, need surgery, or anything of the like, go to a chiropractor. Maybe he can bend and crack the problem away. Maybe, if you ever get meningitis, someone like the guy in the OP can do that for you. I'm sure it will work out just great.

To be fair I would say there's a big difference between tick tock chiropractors and regular real life chiropractors.

A buddy of mine has been to a real one and he says they did help with the issues he was having.

this is incredibly insulting and you have no idea what you're talking about. couldn't be further from the truth. we are constantly evolving and learning new things about medicine, treatments/cures, less invasive techniques, etc. complete ignorance on your part.
