Men absolutely do have skin tone preferences. Every black man I know who likes light brights sticks with them, or white women. Even most white men who like black women prefer chocolate women. You rarely see light skin black women with white men unless they are biracial, usually with a white father.
:mjlol:You just be making things up lol. Every legit study on the subject says the opposite.

Maybe this is anecdotal, but I rarely see non mixed light skinned black women with white men. Most of them like brown black men. Black women love claiming “go where you are appreciated”, when referencing interracial dating.

If you weren’t a darkskin breh in the 80s/90s
You wouldn’t understand :francis:
Even though women may like us more now and post I say ‘05
The darkness jokes don’t stop just like the lightskin jokes don’t stop
Colorism is only reserved for men and their preference
It doesn’t work the same way for women
I’ve got stories on this shyt but thecoli will only say I’m crying and Uh Unh that never happened

Facts. Im a darkskin 80s baby, so i got the jokes. But Louisiana is different. We have a lot of Creoles in my area. And seems most of the lightskin girls prefer dark men and vice versa. I learned kissing cousins is a big thing / rumor almost the Creoles. Some didnt care.

So I never touch a dark girl.until I moved to East Coast. Color didnt seem so serious over there. I had them all colors

I've noticed that the way that some Black women online talk about dark-skinned Black men can be very fetishy. Basically thinking of dark-skinned BM only through a sexual lens and the Mandingo stereotype :mjpls:

And many of these same Black women will criticize White/non-Black women for liking or "fetishizing" Black men. The hypocrisy :skip::pachaha:

Men of all shades get play and rejected. Never once been told by a woman that she liked/rejected me because of my hue.

It's always been and always will be about what you bring as a package.

… if a person looks good enough skin color and doesn’t matter.

Brehs will date an Eskimo Indigenous Inuit if she’s bad enough

… it’s the same for women

:mjlol:Unless you are a darkskin outlier, you not fukking with the other side. A racially ambiguous looking black male/biracial/lighter skinned black male will always dominate among black women.

:mjlol:Yaw can get mad but these are the facts. This is why the new generation of black girls are just saying fukk it and dating white men outright-- because that's how they've always felt.
