Drink a lot of water and replace with coffee and use energy drinks only when you really need a boost and you should be fine.Time for me to layoff the energy drinks.

I been drinking one (sometimes even two) a day because my job is very physical (blue collar job) and monster drinks is what help to get me through the morning (I’m not a morning person at all).
I heard it’s bad for you but caffeine has always been a major vice of mine (I tried to quitting plenty of times with no success).![]()

Just stay away from those 5/6 hr energy drink shots.
I tried that shyt once on a flight to the UK and it did was give me aggressive heart palpitations.
Worse feeling I ever felt, short of the time I was for certain I was having a heart attack in a Casino Bathroom in Monaco 'cause my stupid ass mixed OG formula redbull with Jager (Jager Bomb) after winning 3K Euros at roulette.
I could be prone to chest/heartburn like symptoms off the strength of the aggressive ones, but it doesn't help that them bytches are just too full of caffeine and stimulants one shouldn't down in one dose.
