i take them at night because they make me tired, don't know what cheap ones people are buying these days because i never get fish burps anymore.

15 years ago they definitely were "fishier" but they're made much better now that they've become more mainstream.

Fish oil supplements are great, but don’t buy the cheap stuff you find in grocery stores or GNC lol
