many independence era leaders in Africa did preach pan-African unity and global black unity ,including meeting several civil rights era leaders here in the US and expressed a desire to collaborate.

Guess what white western governments did with leaders like this and guess why they preferred corrupt, self-serving dictators to replace them with?

Divide and conquer is their MO.

This is why we must have a mending the spear speech. And it must be shared as much as possible.

West Africans have their own land that is not directly tied to White Supremacy, only certain leaders of those nations.

We will need a base set up for operations.

1). Education
2). Trades, commerce and businesses
3). Entertainment/Visual Arts

If we can focus and consolidate our individual wealth and resources we can build up our AIPAC in America and put our constitutional lawyers to be through college so they can obtain their juris doctorate to fight the good fight. There was this show where a Black psychologist, newly arrived at a mental hospital, encountered a Black orderly who had been there for a good while. The orderly tried to clue him in on how things actually worked there. But the psychologist wouldn’t listen, he looked down on the orderly as not being an educated professional. The story is a metaphor for the dynamic experienced here in the U.S. between Black Americans and every other non-White group that immigrates here (especially Black immigrants). We try to warn them about how this country really operates, yet we are constantly ignored in favor of them believing what the system propagandized about Black Americans. So now, the system shows its horns to them too, and there is wailing and gnashing of teeth by other groups, while many Black Americans look on and say to ourselves, “We tried to warn them.”

I don't know enough to know how it is day to day, maybe @Wiseborn can speak on that, but I know the ones I have met here in America never talked sideways about other ethnic groups in their home country

And this has been true from antiquity to the conflicts in present day Iraq and Afghanistan. The people they brought over here from those latter two countries were the ones who sold their own countrymen out. The traitors. Posters on this very board who've come from the continent have admitted that a good number of those that come here are the ones who've sold their people out back home and have gotten the 30 pieces of silver. That's who you're extending your hand to?

The reason we sit here today is because of that class of people. The reason their countries are in the shape they are today, the people in the shape they are today, is because of that class of people.

No administration, no military invasion, not even watching people that look like them being carried off into slavery by people who don't, will ever fundamentally change who those people are. We've had administrations worse than this one, in an era where our people were daily under the physical threat of violence because the law back then didn't even pretend to protect us, and that wasn't enough to bring about any kinda racial unity, except what we FBA found among ourselves. Why? Because those others claimed to not "understand race." Now, I'm not talking about all of them, but I am talking about the ones the white people with power will empower, and for better or worse that's who guides the rest of them.
