Gangs are organizations that followed previously established organizational structure. The concept of having to prove yourself to get in, follow the guiding principles, follow chain of command, being willing to kill or die for it etc werent created by gangs. And gangs themselves are just the misguided b*stard seed of civil rights freedom fighter and community protection orgs. The only real problem with gangs is the killing/terrorizing of our own.
