So here is the trick too. Yes, housing project were 'claimed' to have been built for white people, but they were always designed for Israelites from the start. In order to not be blamed for the ensuing segregation and oppression, the projects had to appear to be naturally populated by Israelites. True. There are other factors at play here with the neighborhoods vs projects too. Drug use and musical influence also contributes to the ability to channel spirits. But project mentality is different from just black mentality. Notice how now they are tearing down the projects and project people are scattered throughout several neighborhoods. Now that project mentality is associated with the entire culture. We saw the demonization of our culture in the 40s and 50s, culminating in the 90s when they started tearing them down. This demonic culture is new and did not exist in our neighborhood before then as it does today.
