Are Kawhi and Tatum the only superstars of the last 23 years who dont know what it feels like to carry a bad team?

Kawhi got drafted right into the dominant team of the 2000s in Spurs.

Pop, Duncan, Manu, Parker bunch of elite role players. They won 61 the season before he got there.

Then 5 seasons wit em. nikka got an FMVP in a playoff run where he averaged 14/7/5 Iguodala ass numbers.

When Timmy was done they got one of the best bigs in the league in LaMarcus Aldridge.

Traded to Toronto who won 59 season before.

Then in Clippers linked wit PG13. Clips had some of best depth in the league. nikkas was load managin and still gettin to playoffs until last season.

Tatum drafted to a 53 win team. Had Kyrie, Kemba, Jaylen, Hayward, Horford, Smart, Timelord, White, now KP and Jrue Holiday too. nikka got 3 other all star level teammates right now and had that before too. Tatum has had the best twoway roster in the league for 3 straight seasons now (2022, 2023 and now this season comin up)

Neither had a SINGLE season where they felt the pressure of having to carry a bum team. Are they only ones?

Pull up those 19 Raptors box scores vs Philly

The truth may surprise you :wow:

Raptors went 17-5 without Kawhi when he load managed that season.

Rosters underperform in series that happens. It was a team effort every other series and defensively it was one of the best rosters too it got even better after Kawhi and Danny left. They was still one of the best rosters in the league. Youd have to be retarded to think that was a bum cast.

Fact is Kawhi and Tatum NEVER played on a bum ass lottery level team.

Is there anyone else?

I mean the Celtics and Tatum did benefit from the Net’s ineptitude, so has been fortunate enough more than any other superstar in recent memory to end up that type of situation.

nope. lebron is top 2 for a reason

however, back then talent was far more distributed in the league.

:russ: Claim 60+ win teams weren’t solid due to the end result when the world thought they were good enough to play The Lakers in June

Had The Raptors have lost no one would’ve bat an eye since The Bucks & Dubs were the expectation
