New York, yes, but people are legit afraid to go to L.A with all these robberies and car jackings. I really want to go to Universal Studios, but I’ll just go to the one in Orlando.

It's simple. I lived just outside of NYC less than an hour away for years. Nobody around me. Quiet. Nice yard. I could go into NYC any time I want, experience whatever I wanted, go to events, do the nightlife and didn't have to deal with the rest of the bullshyt.
Living near a major metro area is > than living IN the major metro.

I just explained it. I didn't have people on me shoulder to shoulder and didn't have to pay some ridiculous price for housing when my house and yard was way fukking bigger and better and neighborhood was quiet
What would the positive have been living directly in the city when it's there anytime I want to experience it?

of course. I ain't been over to MSG in a minute but there was always dozens of homeless setup right outside of the arena, late at night they'd get a fire going, just like the shyt you'd see out of movies. Police wouldn't bother them either.
Cities in states with stricter gun laws are always better
LA & NYC are the 2 Mega-Cities of the US. 2 of 5 largest GDPs in the world. Cultural, fashion, Human capital epicenter. Personally I prefer LA because of the vibe, diversity, weather, amenities... etc. I wouldn't want to live in NYC, but visiting is always fun.
