Nike has been on a STRING OF L’s when it comes to signature Basketball shoes.

LeBron doesn’t move units like that…

Nah, y'all gotta stop just posting whatever, lol.

Bron's shoes pull in about $500-$600 million a year, for Nike, according to Slam. His shoes are actually selling more today, than they were 10 years ago, they said. He was doing about $350 million a year, back then.

I have never seen anyone wearing them, I live in Brooklyn so who knows :yeshrug: in fact my cousin went to the outlet in Long Island to cop a pair but changed his mind and copped some yellow and blue retro 1s instead :snoop:

I just copped myself a pair of the Hustle and Flow's yesterday, lol. Dopest ball shoe on the market right now.

Thing is, Ja is only in his sixth season, and has never really been on a true contender, or had a competent coach. He needs to get out of Memphis and on a squad with vet leadership, and a supporting cast that he can mesh with and not be expected to lead. That's not who he is. Dude has generational talent. But as anyone who knows ball knows, he needs to be surrounded with a certain type of group to flourish. I'm sure it'll happen when he gets outta there.
I never know how people determine who's a good coach.
I couple years ago, people were saying Taylor Jenkins was a good coach and the Grizzlies had the 2nd best record in the Western Conference.

Relationship building and respect.

The thing with Taylor was that he lost the team along the way. The players didn't respect him anymore after the run, and they couldn't buy into his new philosophy. He tried to change the entire offense out of nowhere, and the players felt he didn't have a real vision for what the defense should look like. When the front office spoke with the players, they all had the same complaints, lol. Once they see coaches can't get through to players, or that players feel the coach has lost their investment in whatever philosophy, you're cooked.

Now I remember. That was a front office thing. They forced Tuomas Iisalo onto Jenkins coaching staff and he had to implement Iisalo's offense. Actually, the issue is probably Iisalo to be honest. It's clear now they wanted him to coach this team.

Iisalo's definitely a problem. LOL!!

I would be surprised if he's there longer than another couple seasons.

Ja will be forgotten. drose had an MVP season, played for a big market and was going toe to toe with Bron. Ja’s already getting forgotten and left behind as an active player so how will that hold on after he leaves? Most of those casual Ja fans just jumped on the Ant bandwagon. Ja is not even close to being a generational PG that’s revered.

It still was a 3 year peak for Drose, just like it was for Penny and Steve Francis and Baron Davis etc etc it's an archetype failure but they all were popular in their times.

Same story to me :yeshrug:

no one talks about baron davis or steve francis, lets be real.

don't put d rose with those guys. D.Rose is probably a top 5 most beloved player ever. Ja is going to be talked about like John Wall and not DRose. John Wall retired and we damn near forgot he existed. the only time I hear John Wall's name is when they talk about best HS mixtapes and Ja don't even got that.

SGA took his spot. JA is suppose to be where Shai is right now. The conversation has shifted. His behind a few different people now.
Aint no way. Ja aint got it in him to flop as much as SGA does. You either got that play like a fukking p*ssy gene in you or you don't and Ja don't. He's literally the opposite if that trying to jump over 3 people to dunk on a 7 footer :pachaha:

No one talks about players casually that aren't like top 3. Like legitimately what would be the conversation to bring up d rose after you say he's the youngest MVP in history..

But also let me not make it sound like I'm defending Ja Morant the actual player fukk him I hope no human ever mentions his name again EVER Including his family. But that's just how I feel about players that don't have a good jumpshot in general.
