Are more businesses doing 4 day work weeks in your area?

I'm noticing this trend alot. Particularly with Black businesses (barbershop, soul food) These Arabs, it's business as usual. It used to be Mondays was the day off. Is this because of economy? How is it beneficial?

I was looking some jobs up on indeed and surprisingly it’s a decent amount of jobs who either do 4 day weeks or every other Friday off
