Ahh ok. Yeah its his lack of confidence. I had that in high school and college. That plus not putting urself out there isn't a good way to pull people. Its a lil easier for a female with no confidence if she at least avg looking...but for dudes...we have to try and not be afraid of rejection.He's always doubting himself, so he never puts himself out like that.
