No simps can harm both themselves and the woman. They don’t call women simps who for example would kill the man if he cheated or left her

It just the difference in gender or are there other markered differences between the two?
I think at their core they mean similar concepts (being a doormat to a partner) but the rhetoric and usage has diverged.

I think "pick me" is more provocative and I see primarily used on Black women who give any support or defense to Black men in these dumb gender wars. It almost implies in its extreme that women that do anything to be accommodating or attractive to men are losers.

Simp was originally basically a weak man in a relationship but it is morphing into the old White Knight term that got thrown around for decades on the Net to insult people that defended women in debates.

The big difference is I generally don't see 'simp' solely directed towards Black men who like or defend Black women whereas pick me is almost always directed at Black women who like Black men.

I have seen many people roast simps for non-Black women as c00ns. Never seen gender warriors roast Black women as pick me for White men.

Every sane man wants a woman that caters to him and strokes his ego so a lot of pick me’s get picked

A lot of women will use a chump who spends recklessly on them … so simps think they got picked …

Meanwhile incels are TLR members who are mad at both …

No. Simps are evil and facilitate women's predatory and toxic behavior. "Pick me" is a pejorative for non-demonic women who call out the women who are on the BS. "Pick mes" can get a man without making an ass out of herself while a simp always gets humiliated or friend zoned in one way or another.

Lol. You're not going to get an honest answer on TLR. They're the same thing. Women who put down other women for male attention and cape for bad behavior from men are just as negative as simps

They're the same.
Being desperate for the attention and validation of the opposite sex is the core similarity.
Nobody likes that shyt and it makes ppl irrational and unattractive.

Funny enough ppl in both categories are like this because often times their looks aren't in their favor (unless it's a grift).
Beautiful and handsome ppl have their way no matter where they stand on a subject.

From what I gather, a pick me is a derogatory term used by self-hating BW to describe a fellow BW who simply expresses love and gratitude for the BM.

If that's the definition then it can definitely be the same thing or in the same ballpark.

Simply expressing love and gratitude for women in general can get you called a simp by other men even if you're not a doormat/pushover type of dude in your actual dealings with females.

In theory yes, in practice no. The example used for simps involve egregious behavior, but pick me's are basically women that hold women accountable. A woman saying not all men are bad is considered a pick me.:mjlol:
