In theory yes, in practice no. The example used for simps involve egregious behavior, but pick me's are basically women that hold women accountable. A woman saying not all men are bad is considered a pick me.

A man isn't going to get called a simp because they take responsibility for simple tasks like car and home maintenance. They will have to be on some " My girl doesn't know what a bill" shyt.

If a woman cooks for her tired man, you will have heffers living their hot summer, or wasting away in their cold winter, calling her a pick me.
