I agree with the bulk of your thread

but imo talents like Trent's dont come around every draft, barring injuries, in 2-3 years I don't see how he's not the best back in the league

I guess what I'm saying is in some cases it can be worth it

What has Spiller accomplished? He's still not even the clear cut #1 back in Buffalo.

I think PFF ranked him as the top or of the top backs in the league last season. I'd say that ranking is worth a top ten draft pick.

your going to see this years draft play out more and more, late 1st/2nd round barring a really unique player

the days of a back going top 10 are pretty much over, i dont see any worthy right now and it will probably become an unwritten draft rule
