I lift, I weigh more than you and Im telling you its filling. Those vegetables are filled with water so provide hydration and nutrients. and minerals You can add a meat based protein on the side and beans and eggs etc. If you ate a bowl full you will be full. Also you realise that the pics I posted are one portion, its not for sharing right.

@BenchPressPapi but in my experience alot of black people have a negative association with vegetables, vegetarians and vegans. Whats the deal? Its not just one country either; Rasta's aside, in large parts its all over the diaspora. It's as if theres no meat its not considered a meal. Until recently it was quite rare for there to be large pockets of black vegans, even now I don't know very many.
