Somalis range between a lot of diff colors. We have lite brites (like me) but we have also have dark-skinned folks (like my dad).

In almost all cases, SOMALIS are considered BLACK. Society treats us like were BLACK. Ive met about 1000 Somalis in my life. Ive never met a SINGLE SOMALI that didnt claim to be black. That is EXTREMELY EMBERRASSING for a Somali to claim orherwise. Thats real real goofy stuff. SAD AND INSULTING.

You’re not the problem breh. I’ve met plenty of cool Somalis but I’ve met some Arab worshippers who look down on Bantus and other non-Somalis who denounce blackness and black people. Most people consider Somalis black and most Somalis say they’re black

Not all but some tend to stick strictly with other Somalis like they they're own race and it seems some have a hard time inregrating. Just from experience interacting with some of em.

Actually yes. Somalis literally don’t get along with anybody, black, white or brown.

But we all have cultural flaws whether you’re black white or brown so I’m not talking down on y’all

I do consider Somalis black. You have your light brights but so do new world blacks so we don’t think anything of it here in the west. Maybe other Africans might think you’re less black or african because of it though
