South Koreans is currently top tier easily.
China got all that plus the fact that a conversation with them sounds like rats haggling with gerbils over cheese prices.

Them coming through and crushing the cultural buildings was one of the biggest upsets in modern history. Japan was firmly in control of the Asian market with anime and J-Rock. Korea came through and swept most of their market influence aside in a few years. Even in Japan the overwhelming majority of kids are following Korean fashion trends. When I was here in 2014 or so everyone was into smart European dress styles with the dyed anime hair. Now it’s all baggy jeans, hoodies, bowl cuts, and Jordan’s. Hell even the Japanese government is supposed to be hateful of Korea and Koreans yet come to find out they are being controlled by a Korean religious cult

If we're talking about influence in america then for movies it was Hong Kong movies from the 70s all the way to 2000s with shaw brother kung fu flicks all the way to stuff like crouching tiger, not to mention action films that influenced a lot of hollywood action films. Japanese anime has always been popular globally for a long time and will continue to be. South Korea has the movie and tv series game on lock although I would say it's not as good as before.
Music, I guess south korea with their bands breaking through globally but it's basically american music.
Food - I would say chinese food given the ubiquity across the world. You can go to a bumble fukk part of middle america and find a chinese restaurant all the way to afghanistan. You can't say the same for japanese or korean food.
