That's my point. The other three AFC East teams have been terribly run. They have ten combined playoff appearances (six by the Jets) since Brady took over in 2001. The two Jets teams in '09-10 were the only teams worthy of contender status. It's been a joke of a division.

Don’t know his name now) in late November or early December on this topic the exact numbers to really elaborate on how inept the bills, fins, and jets have been since 2001-15. In that span, they’d combined to employ 17 different coaches, with each team having at least 4. They’d started a combined 40 different quarterbacks, with each team starting 10+. New York had gone 31-71 against teams that finished the year above .500, while Miami went 36-73, and Buffalo went 21-96. Nothing has changed really in the last two years either.

The Patriots are just am outlier with the NFL parity. Any team can win on any day in this league. Sometimes you just witness greatness.

But the issue isn't parity, it's officiating. Officiating got them the 1 seed and beat the Jags. This whole season has been terrible.

When the sport has no integrity, it will suffer a loss of viewership, which is directly tied to loss of revenue. This SB is about to see a serious ratings dip because of the teams involved.

This may be true if not for the cheating and favoritism surrounding this franchise.

If anything, I think some of that bullshyt has helped the NFL because the Pats are so polarizing. You either hate them or love them. The scandals and eye brow-raising stuff has just given fuel to the haters (myself included) and makes us tune in regularly to see if and how these muthafukkas lose. Unfortunately, we’ve been disappointed many a time. Objectively speaking, though, there’s been no team since Brady’s chapter began that commands the attention and viewership of the casual fan quite like the Pats. I’d say overall that’s good for the NFL and they are all probably dreading the day Brady retires because with that seems to go the magic and mystique that has seemed to live in NE or at least near the residence of #12.

Otherwise, I agree with you as for the referee shyt. They’re supposed to be fair and impartial. Pats have gotten the benefit of the doubt many a championship season and one hater will always wonder how many rings have been tainted because of the zebras. Woke brehs know but will be brushed off as haters.
